In March 2013 Deploy Subsea were contracted by Maritime Constructions to provide diving support and advanced underwater cutting capability for the decommissioning of Jetty 6 Barrack Square as part of the Elizabeth Quay Development Project. Deploy provided all diving personnel plant and equipment as well as a hydrogen underwater cutting torch to cut through 610mm diameter steel piles. The work also included debris removal from the river bed and a full as left survey of the area.
